E-COMMERCE FULFILLMENT AGREEMENT:

This Fulfillment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Black Owl LLC, a TENNESSEE limited liability company doing business as Black Owl Hemp Clinic ("Company"), and the customer ("Customer").

 

1. FULFILLMENT PROCEDURE:

1.1 Upon receipt of confirmed payment from Customer, Company agrees to process and fulfill the Customer's order within forty-eight (48) hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

1.2 Company will provide a confirmation of order receipt to the Customer via email or another appropriate method.

1.3 Once an order is fulfilled, the Company will provide tracking information (if available) to the Customer.

 

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

2.1 All sales made by the Company are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted unless explicitly stated or under circumstances where applicable law mandates a return or refund.

 

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

3.1 Company's liability for any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or any product sold.

 

4. GOVERNING LAW:

4.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of TENNESSEE.

 

5. AMENDMENTS:

5.1 The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon notification to the Customer.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

6.1 This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By making a purchase from Black Owl Hemp Clinic, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Fulfillment Agreement.
